read this fully before buying anything ^^this terms prevent any misunderstandings going forward

Commission terms ✦

  • I only take USD payments through Paypal (Pix for brazilians)

  • I can do payment plans for 100USD+ orders

  • The payment will be done after the sketch approval

  • I may take 1-6 weeks to finish your comm, pls DO NOt rush me

  • I DO NOT accept refund requests

  • You can use your commission for personal use (icons, banners, social media, etc.)

  • You CAN NOT edit my artwork, you may only edit for reference and demonstractive purposes.

  • You CAN NOT use MY work for comercial use (stickers, shirts, merchandise, etc.)

  • You CAN NOT trace, copy or claim my art as your own

  • I retain copyright over all artwork I make

  • I can and will post my work on social medias/use as examples (you can pay me extra not to post it)

  • DO NOT REMOVE MY SIGNATURE. YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED

Designs/Adopts terms ✦

  • DO NOT copy, trace, steal any of my deisgns

  • You may only resell a design for more if it has extra commission work

  • DO NOT bid in an adopt if you can not pay it (you will me blacklisted for this)

  • You can switch the Species, Gender, Age, etc.

  • You're free to colorpick and take inspiration, but please don't copy

  • Feel free make changes to my designs, but keep it recognizable

  • You may use the deisgn you bought for commercial use (stickers, shirts, merchandise, etc.). But you CAN NOT use my artwork (images I made) for profit, only the design

  • Do not edit my artwork, you may only edit for reference and demonstractive purposes You are not allowed to use my art of the design for profit.

  • Using my design for ANY sort of problematic behavior WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!! YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED
